There are times when everyone needs a little help or advice. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is SupportLinc. SupportLinc provides access via various modalities to better serve your needs. SupportLinc can help with everyday problems before they negatively affect your health, relationships, or job performance. The EAP is both confidential and addresses a wide variety of issues, including marital differences, stress, childcare issues and work-related concerns. of all, it’s free to all benefits-eligible employees and their household family members.
In-person or video counseling may also be available, depending on the type of help you need. The program allows you and your family/household members up to 6 counseling visits per plan year.
SupportLinc is 100% confidential and provided at no cost to you. Assistance is available 24/7, 365 days a year by telephone at (888) 881-LINC (5462). Additional resources are available online at SupportLinc.com. When you log in, enter “farella” as your username.
